The Law of Golf is a golf education and coaching brand operated by Rust & Forge Studios, LLC (“The Law of Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, communications, digital content, and services.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

The Law of Golf’s player accounts, coaching programs, and paid services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older.
By registering for an account or purchasing coaching services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Our publicly accessible website may be viewed by visitors of different ages, but minors are not eligible to participate in our coaching programs or create player accounts.

You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Coaching Services and Educational Disclaimer
The Law of Golf provides golf instruction, education, and coaching intended to help players better understand their games and develop their skills.
Golf improvement depends on many factors, including individual ability, physical condition, practice habits, equipment, course conditions, and personal commitment.
We do not guarantee any particular improvement in scores, handicap, swing performance, tournament results, or other golfing outcomes.
Coaching recommendations represent instructional guidance and should be applied using appropriate judgment.
You are responsible for assessing your physical readiness to participate in golf-related activities. If you have concerns about your health, physical limitations, or potential injury, consult a qualified healthcare professional before undertaking strenuous activities.
Our coaching services are not medical treatment, physical therapy, or professional healthcare advice.
6. Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions
When paid products or coaching services become available, purchases made through The Law of Golf will be processed or billed under Rust & Forge Studios, LLC unless otherwise disclosed.
We may offer individual purchases, recurring subscriptions, or both.
Before a purchase or subscription is completed, we will provide applicable information about pricing, billing frequency, renewal arrangements, and material service conditions.
Recurring subscriptions, if offered, will be subject to additional disclosures and cancellation instructions provided at enrollment.
You authorize charges only in accordance with the payment terms you accept during checkout.
Applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed as required by law.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Service Changes
Refund eligibility, coaching-session cancellation requirements, subscription cancellation procedures, and any applicable rescheduling rules will be disclosed in the terms governing the relevant paid service before purchase.
Those terms will form part of the agreement for that service.
We will not apply an undisclosed refund or cancellation restriction retroactively.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Player-Submitted Content
Our future coaching services may allow players to submit swing videos, photographs, written descriptions, performance information, messages, and other materials (“Player Content”).
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights you hold in your Player Content.
By submitting Player Content for coaching, you grant Rust & Forge Studios, LLC a nonexclusive license to access, store, reproduce, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide coaching, maintain the platform, support your account, and fulfill related service obligations.
This license does not independently authorize us to publish your private coaching materials for advertising or promotional purposes.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that doing so does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
You agree not to submit unlawful, malicious, infringing, or otherwise prohibited materials.
9. Testimonials and Promotional Use
We respect the personal nature of coaching relationships and player-submitted materials.
The Law of Golf will obtain separate, explicit permission before using identifiable player testimonials, swing videos, photographs, or personal improvement stories for public promotional purposes.
Any such permission will describe the intended use and may be subject to additional authorization terms.
Participation in promotional activities is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving ordinary coaching services.
10. Intellectual Property
The Law of Golf website, branding, logos, instructional materials, written content, graphics, videos, coaching frameworks, and other original materials are owned by Rust & Forge Studios, LLC or their respective rights holders, except where otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to website visitors or customers.
Subject to applicable law and any purchased license, you may access and use our materials for your personal, noncommercial golf education.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate authorization.
Nothing in this section restricts rights you may have under applicable copyright exceptions or other law.

When player accounts become available, account closure and termination procedures will be provided through the platform or upon request.

Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that accrued before termination or that reasonably survive it, including applicable payment obligations and intellectual property protections.
Any refund rights will remain governed by the applicable purchase terms and law.
