Tell us what you're experiencing with your game and provide as much detail as you can. Please upload a Face On swing video that relates to the problem. If you also have a Down the Line view available, we encourage you to include it. You don't need to diagnose what's causing the problem—that's our job. Just tell us what you're seeing, feeling, and experiencing, and we'll take it from there.
Briefly describe the problem you're seeing in your ball flight, contact, consistency, distance, direction, or another part of your game.
Tell us when you notice the problem most—for example, with a particular club, type of shot, situation, or during certain parts of a round or practice session.
Describe anything you notice or feel during the swing when the problem occurs. For example, you may feel rushed, stuck, off balance, too quick, too slow, like the clubface is open or closed, or that a particular movement feels different than normal.
Tell us about any adjustments, swing thoughts, drills, setup changes, or other things you've tried and whether they helped.
Tell us anything specific about the swing(s) that may be helpful—for example, what shot you were trying to hit, whether you were making a particular swing thought or adjustment, or anything unusual about the situation.
